Filip Rogošić, CEO
Graduated in Management from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, he has over fifteen years of experience in the maritime industry. His passion for improving business processes, implementing innovative technologies, and modernizing port infrastructure has enabled the Port of Split to achieve exceptional business success and constantly break records in cargo handling volumes.
Through a strategic approach based on a long-term vision and a strong focus on quality, he has laid a solid foundation for sustainable growth and the company’s competitiveness in the international market, resulting in its rise to a leading position within the industry. His commitment to excellence, ability to adapt to rapid market changes, and business decisions based on market trend analysis and innovation have ensured progress in all areas of the company’s operations.
His efforts to make the Port of Split and other Dalmatian ports more competitive have not gone unnoticed. Since 2022, he has been the President of the Association of Ports, Shipowners, and Maritime Agencies within the Croatian Chamber of Economy, actively contributing to the further transformation of the maritime sector.

Matej Kutle, Sales Department Manager
Graduated in Management from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, earning the title of Master of Maritime Management.
A specialist focused on implementing innovations in sales processes and analyzing market trends, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and sales optimization. Dedicated to ensuring maximum profitability and competitiveness for his clients through a partnership approach, negotiating collaboration terms, and maintaining close coordination with operational teams. He began his long-term career at the Port of Split by analyzing technological projects, documenting cargo loading and unloading operations, creating standards and technological sheets—laying the foundation for the successful implementation of operational standards. As a graduate engineer in road traffic, he gained a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of logistics and operational processes, shaping him into an expert and leader in operations.

Ivan Britvić, Maintenance Department Manager
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Naval Architecture, earning the title of Master of Electrical Engineering and Automation.
After completing his studies, he began his professional career in the repair and maintenance of industrial plants and machinery. He stands out particularly in solving the most challenging electrical engineering problems related to port machinery, cranes, loaders, and other construction equipment. Known for his speed and precision in his work, he efficiently manages and maintains complex systems.
He actively follows the latest trends and technologies by attending specialized lectures, training sessions, and industrial equipment fairs, continuously improving his professional competencies and contributing to the success of all the projects he works on.
Goran Žižak, Safety and Security Department Manager
He graduated from the Faculty of Maritime Studies at the University of Split, earning the title of Bachelor of Maritime Transport Engineering. Thanks to his experience on long-haul vessels, where he served as an officer of the navigational watch, he gained extensive understanding of the safety and operational aspects of the maritime sector.
With 20 years of experience at the Port of Split, he has proven himself to be a responsible and dedicated expert, maintaining high safety standards in all areas of occupational safety, fire protection, port security, waste management, and environmental protection. His expertise and ability to improve safety and protective measures make him an invaluable member of the team, whose presence is essential for the successful execution of all operational processes.
As the person responsible for implementing ISO 9001:2015 standards and the HACCP Codex Alimentarius, he continuously ensures that all processes comply with international quality and safety standards. His dedication, expertise, and ability to manage complex security challenges enable the Port of Split to maintain high protection standards and compliance, contributing to the safety of employees, environmental protection, and the success of business operations.
Katarina Bronić, Finance and Accounting Department Manager
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split, specializing in Accounting and Auditing, earning the title of Master of Economics. Immediately after completing her studies, she began her career at the Port of Split j.s.c., where she was quickly recognized in the accounting and finance department for her professionalism, analytical approach, and exceptional ability to make precise and effective decisions.
